    the left sidebar before booking your trip.
  2. Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send you an invoice. You’ll need to
    pay a 30% down payment first, with the remaining balance due 14
    days before the trip.
  3. Payments must be made through our bank account:

  4. Show us proof of payment for the down payment and/or full payment.
    After we confirm it, we will send your trip booking receipt and confirm
    your booking.
  5. After completing the full payment for your trip, we will send you a
    guidebook filled with important detailed information about the trip.
    We will also share our Trip Guide/Facilitator contact number on
    D-14 or D-3 before the trip.
  6. Wait for the day of the trip while packing your travel essentials,
    and let’s go make memorable moments together!

Trip Policy

Booking

Your trip will be booked after 30% down payment. Full payment is required 14 days before the trip.

Refund

Payments for your booking are non-refundable unless we cancel the trip.

Cancellation

As we and our partners would be holding the slot for you and turning down other potential customers, you won’t be able to cancel and get a refund after you book

Reschedule

To reschedule, it must be within the same calendar year as your original trip date. If rescheduling is required for the following year, additional charges based on that year’s pricing will apply. Please contact us for further details.
