  2. Complete Booking & Medical Assessment Form
    Once availability is confirmed, we’ll send you a booking form to fill out.
  3. Invoice & Payment
    After we receive your form, we’ll issue an invoice. Secure your spot by paying a 30% deposit (DP) within 24 hours. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure.Bank Details:

  6. Your Escape Awaits

Booking

Your trip will be booked after 30% down payment. Full payment is required 14 days before the trip.

Refund

Payments for your booking are non-refundable unless we cancel the trip.

Cancellation

As we and our partners would be holding the slot for you and turning down other potential customers, you won’t be able to cancel and get a refund after you book

Reschedule

To reschedule, it must be within the same calendar year as your original trip date. If rescheduling is required for the following year, additional charges based on that year’s pricing will apply. Please contact us for further details.
