De Djawatan Forest: The dense trees can attract mosquitoes, so protect yourself by wearing mosquitoes repellent.
Menjangan Island: Avoid touching the corals and marine creatures to preserve the ecosystem.
Sukamade Beach: Be respectful to turtles by observing them from the distance and avoid flash photography
Early Starts: Be prepared for early wake-ups, especially for Ijen Crater and Menjangan Island.

For air travelers, due to airline schedule from Banyuwangi, you can only book your return flight the day after the trip with accommodation excluded.

Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send you an invoice. You’ll need to
pay a 30% down payment first, with the remaining balance due 14
days before the trip.

guidebook filled with important detailed information about the trip.
We will also share our Trip Guide/Facilitator contact number on
D-14 or D-3 before the trip.

Trip Policy

Booking

Your trip will be booked after 30% down payment. Full payment is required 14 days before the trip.

Refund

Payments for your booking are non-refundable unless we cancel the trip.

Cancellation

As we and our partners would be holding the slot for you and turning down other potential customers, you won’t be able to cancel and get a refund after you book

Reschedule

To reschedule, it must be within the same calendar year as your original trip date. If rescheduling is required for the following year, additional charges based on that year’s pricing will apply. Please contact us for further details.
