Important Tips

De Djawatan Forest: The dense trees can attract mosquitoes, so protect yourself by wearing mosquitoes repellent.
Meru Betiri National Park & Sukamade Beach: Be prepared for a bumpy ride; pack snacks and water. Respect the turtles by observing them from a distance and avoid flash photography
Menjangan Island: Avoid touching the corals and marine creatures to preserve the ecosystem.
Ijen Crater: The hike to the Blue Fire is challenging; wear sturdy shoes and bring sufficient waters and snacks.

D-14 or D-3 before the trip.

Booking

Your trip will be booked after 30% down payment. Full payment is required 14 days before the trip.

Refund

Payments for your booking are non-refundable unless we cancel the trip.

Cancellation

As we and our partners would be holding the slot for you and turning down other potential customers, you won’t be able to cancel and get a refund after you book

Reschedule

To reschedule, it must be within the same calendar year as your original trip date. If rescheduling is required for the following year, additional charges based on that year’s pricing will apply. Please contact us for further details.
