– Local Tour Guide (Mas Guntur) is very helpful and knowledgeable about the location and recommendations (food, history, hacks to enjoy the places even more) and also seems to have a very good relationship with the locals and that helps our trip became smooth
– Mas Guntur took very good pictures of us! HAHAHAH
– We are treated like princess XD So it was very pleasant
– The driver (Mas Bayu) standby and very punctual, drives us very comfortably & the hospitality is also great & collaborate well with the tour guide

The experience

I like that everything is taken care of so I could just sit in the car and the guide & driver will take us to places. Car that was provides was also very comfortable to beat Banyuwangi’s heat. Itinerary was OK, it’s just some places in Banyuwangi looked so much better in pictures than the actual place 😅 (e.g Djawatan) — was a bit of a bummer cos we’re expecting nature / forest experience but turns out it’s not. I would much prefer a true nature destination such as Ijen which we enjoyed a lot. Highlight of our trip was actually our guide who’s been so helpful and take extra effort to take care of us, and he’s also a great photographer.

Convenient trip to nature, everything is prepared nicely from accommodation to itinerary. No hassle or worries of getting lost/fraud. The itinerary was done nicely and effective, we arrived at the destinations before they got packed with tourists, so we got to enjoy the places with less crowd and the photos came out very nice. Guide and driver understand the area really well and they have fun trivial stories to share about banyuwangi and its culture.

Ini pertama kalinya saya mencoba private trip sebelum sekian kalinya ikut open trip di travel agent lain. Jujur, ga kecewa, malah super happy. Kita boleh menyesuaikan itinerary dan sesantai itu. Mulai dr booking process, keberangkatan hingga akhir trip nya, semua tim local escape sangat cekatan dan fast response. Our guide Mas Wahyu and the driver, Mas Bambang make a good team, they all have this can-do attitude. When something came up, the guide is really helpful in finding the solutions and rearranging the trip itinerary for the best outcome. The itinerary implementation is well executed, literally we just need to sit back and enjoy the trip experience. Not to mention Mas Wahyu’s awesome photography skills.
